We have only 4 parking space, PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANY CAR TO OUR NEIGHBORS SIDE.

We have limit of 15 guests Any additional guests will be charged an extra $100.

We have one outside security camera in front of the house. They will be on during your stay, for our guest's safety. They are all outside the house.

We also have one noise Dedicator in the kitchen to monitor loud noises or music.

Noise dedicator installed in the house. Excessive noise will result to action. This is respectful neighborhood zero tolerance for parties/large events.

Garbage:

-Less than 2 days; 2 bags
-Less than 4 days; 3 bags
-Less than 7 days; 5 bags

Any additional garbage beyond the limit will incur a $100 charges.

Beautiful, big and clean mansion to stay in really recommend this beautiful mansion to anyone who is going to visit and need a place to stay with friends and family host was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely chose this beautiful place again in the future

Don't be fooled by the pictures!
This VRBO home was booked for an offsite meeting October 7 to 9, 2024. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Mississauga but the inside of the home does not match the neighborhood. Definitely not what the pictures portrayed. The home is dirty and unkept in most rooms and upper/ lower floor. The beds only had a bottom sheet and a comforter with no top sheet or pillowcases. Washrooms were dirty. There was broken furniture throughout the home some being held with tape. The appliances were also dirty.

Non responsive host. Property unclean - no response from host about this Broken furniture No toiletries Poorly stocked kitchen Coffee spilled all over the counters Neighbours say it's a party rental house that disrupts the neighbourhood...that was not us. Shows like a run down party house Very disappointed - especially with the non responsive host
