We love staying here whenever we go to Toronto. Impeccable service and rooms are clean - we've never had issues with checking in early. Only downside is parking can be a bit of a walk if you have lots of baggage but you can opt for valet if it suites your needs! Our son loves the pool/spa and it's within walking distance to the Eaton centre, and lots of other attractions and restaurants!

Great location for business travel especially if you need to be at the Metro Convention Centre. Cost of parking and ease of parking is terrible. Check in staff and valet are good but bell staff insufficient for a property of this magnitude.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel generously let us check in early, kids enjoyed the pool, room was nice and clean, breakfast at the restaurant was very enjoyable and it was located a couple blocks from The Princess of Wales Theatre.

Room was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. amazing view of CN Tower, lake and island airport. Great Location for accessing nearby attractions, sport events, restaurants and train station. The staff left a small birthday cake in the room for our son’s birthday, which was a nice surprise. Would love to stay here again.
