Not many gluten free options if you're celiac. Staff were mostly great except for one individual. Building connects to the metro Toronto convention centre which is convenient.

This is an excellent hotel in all aspects - I knocked it down in my rating because an additional daily amenities flat rate was added to the bill once I checked in - I was not informed of this charge when I booked the hotel so this was an unwelcome surprise - this fee should have just been built into the room rate so there would be no surprises when I checked in

We had a broken sink in the room after the first day but they switched us to another nicer room. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but at least they communicated with guests so we didn't have to leave our room. Overall I would rate our stay as good. For sure it is very expensive but very well situated.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, we were very pleased! The level of service is outstanding: the staff is polite and always ready to assist. Breakfast was a particular highlight – delicious with a wide variety of options, and the waitstaff is always attentive and helpful. The cleanliness and tranquility of the hotel provide the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Overall, it’s a trusted place, and we’re sure this won’t be our last stay here. Highly recommended!
