Came here for a 1 night stay with my family. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious which was nice. Loved that we were able to connect to Netflix through our phones. My kids enjoyed the pool. I really enjoyed all the breakfast options as well.

This was an excellent hotel! Very upscale (in relation to where we normally stay). Room was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and my son said the sofa bed was super comfortable too!

We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room with our teenage twins (the room was an excellent price) We appreciated the call from Hyatt to confirm our check in as we were at Wonderland and forgot to request late check in. The staff were amazing. The room was HUGE with very comfortable king size bed (space under bed for lift if needed) and large L shaped pullout couch which provided ample room for the kids to sleep in. Even with the bed out, there was easy access around the room. The bathroom was huge with a large wheel in shower and fold down bench with easy access to the handheld shower. We would recommend reversing the door to bathroom or installing a pocket door as getting in to the bathroom from the bedroom was tricky (you had to go past the door first to open it). The wheelchair parking spots should be located much closer to the hotel as there is ample parking right next to the entrance that is not accessible. The ramp getting into the building has anti slip traction studs that made it very difficult to wheel over, especially if wheeling luggage as well. We hope these recommendations will be helpful in providing an even better experience for those with mobility issues. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a good variety of very tasty hot and cold selections. It was a very busy spot, but there was a TON of seating (even an extra room). The gym & pool areas were accessible with large changeroom/bathroom. Go to paralife tv on youtube for full video soon!

Have stayed at this property many times in the past. However during my most recent stay, this property had power outages my entire stay, and I spent much of my time sitting in the dark. When requesting a refund so I can go elsewhere the property manager was extremely rude and refused to be of any assistance. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My complaint was the bathtub was filthy and you can see the mold in the grout. Second i left my hat and i called the front desk and notified where i left it and they said nothing was found. First they didnt return my call and then when i called a second time, they gave me the excuse of the staff didnt find it. I will not stay here again
