I liked the shopping in the area but my 2 queen suite with s living room and kitchen difnt have a working toilet so all night myself, wife and three children had to go down to the pool bathroom. Not happy sbout that fkr almost $300 a night

Wish the rooms were more updated, however, the staff had amazing customer service skills. Regardless of any time of the day (shifts) someone was there, they always smiled and greeted and made you feel welcomed. I had a minor issue, I reported as an FYI, but management took it seriously from the rep reporting it & called me to apologize & offered me something for the mistake. I didn’t want anything, it was an FYI, but I accepted it and truly appreciated them addressing my concern and very timely. I’d definitely book here again.

Clean but needs updated.
Didn’t get the room I thought I booked but my confirmation showed I got the right one. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t change. Hotel is a bit dated. All the light fixtures in the hall have broken shade covers and look horrible. But the staff were very friendly and room was very clean so that’s the most important part. Stay includes breakfast so that’s a huge plus!

Stayed for 2 nights- business trip. I had a studio room with kitchenette. Absolutely perfect! Breakfast in the morning had lots of options, free parking, and easy access to the 400/401. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Have already booked my next stay in Jan 2025.
