The staff were so pleasurable. The front desk staff helped us out when we realized that we didn't know how to tie neck ties! They quickly came to our rescue and were able to get 2 ties tied in 7 minutes!

Really nice clean comforting hotel suite. Homewood Suites are known for having kitchen, fridge, a sitting/tv area. So you get all of that. But at the Vaughan location the rooms seemed recently updated or maybe just well maintained. The room smelled fresh. Anyone who travels knows that off putting odour when you enter a hotel room. Not here. Clean, fresh really nice rooms, bathroom, big fridge, comfy not lumpy bed. Within 5 min driving distance of stores, grocery, Walmart, LCBO. Just off the highway but really quiet. Free parking onsite. I didn’t hear the noise from outside or from other rooms. In most hotels you hear the flushing of other rooms. Except for the occasional person talking in the hall as they walked by the room was super quiet. If you are visiting family, going to an event or just need a place for a weekend or a few days, I would definitely recommend. I travel all the time and I am super picky so I would give this location 2 thumbs up.

The hotel was great - staff were a bit standoffish upon check-in but a request had been made for early check-in that couldn't be accommodated and that's understandable given high guest volume over a long weekend. Once we left our bags in storage to go to a wedding and returned a new person was on shift and was much more accommodating and we were moved to a non-smoking room. It was a nice facility with ample parking and lots of restaurants nearby.
