Neighborhood:
We are located near Springfield Park, which features a playground and the Erindale Outdoor Swimming Pool, the apartment is an 8-minute walk (600m) to the Erindale Park, the largest park in Mississauga. This 220-acre park offers walking trails, wildlife habitats, picnic and BBQ areas, playgrounds, splash pads, outdoor sports, and fishing.
House Rules:
1. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarette, vape, weed, or any type) is strictly prohibited in the property area (inside the unit or backyard).
2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
3. No Outdoor Shoes Inside: To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes when entering the house. A dedicated outdoor shoe rack is available in the sunroom at the entrance. Guests will be provided with new disposable slippers.
4. No Unregistered Guests: Only the registered guests on the booking are allowed on the property. Visitors or overnight guests who are not included in the booking are strictly prohibited.
5. Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time, including music, conversations, or any other activities that could disturb others in the house.
6. Respectful Conduct: The property is a family-friendly environment. Guests are expected to always behave respectfully. Any behavior that disrupts the comfort or safety of others, including excessive noise or inappropriate activities, is not acceptable and may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
