I have stayed multiple times at this property. Easy parking, clean and accessible to all of Oakville. Only knock is that hallways are a little dated (carpets) and doors are very loud

The manager Helen was very sympathique and give us an very good service but for the guy at the reception when we check in was not friendly at all. The hotel need to be remodel, the carpet is more then discusting in the hall on floor 5.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and staff was helpful. I, as a single occupant, (woman) was originally put in a room that had a shared indoor balcony. I ended up requesting to be put in a different room for safety concerns and the staff were helpful and able to accommodate.

Hotel is a big old, my room opened to a carpeted balcony shared with the room next door and overlooking the pool (no external window and not very private). I wanted a king bed but that would have been an additional charge.
