I was traveling with my daughter who has severe allergies to scents, be this perfume or cleaning products. The staff went to great lengths to provide bedding which was washed with minimal detergent and removed all products from the room which could trigger a reaction in her. Thank you so much for all this extra work. It gave us a room where she did not have to sleep in her "gas mask". Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hotel was very nice but it’s location was not what I expected. In a bad area of town. Didn’t feel safe in area to get something to eat at night . Continental breakfast was chaotic and over crowded. Rooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected. If going to Canada’s wonderland would recommend a different location.

Room was not clean especially the sofa bed. There was glitter on the mattress and floor. Air con unit is loud and temperature is either too hot or too cold. Bathroom door does not close properly. Rooms are not sound proof. You hear others in the corridor, upstairs & traffic outside. Check in staff were friendly. Housekeeping barged into our room without knocking despite a do not disturb sign at the door.

The person at the front desk was very polite and helpful even during a busy long weekend rush. She went above and beyond. We checked in at 1pm on august 2nd but i unfortunately did not get her name. The beds were comfy and warm, room was very clean, breakfast was great and there was a lot of options for food and plenty of it. Free parking is rare with Toronto hotels too so that was an added bonus. The pricing was very fair.

A good stay!
Great stay! Breakfast was good but very busy. The ladies worked hard to keep everything stocked. The room was abit dirty…some marks in the shower and floors were not well cleaned. Other than that, another great stay at this holiday inn.

The hotel was not worth the price they took
The room I was in had huge noise but couldn’t localise where the noise came from. The AC was not working properly. The breakfast lack healthy food alternative and had to stand in queue to get the little alternative there was. The room for the breakfast was crowded and at times there was no seat to eat breakfast. To add to the matter, they charged extra fee for unexpected expenses. The personal however were polite.
