Our first and last stay.
The room was clean. Smelled amazing. The bed was spacious and as white as milk but the room was dry. It needed a humidifier. I woke up multiple times in the night to drink water. The room and floors were freezing almost as if the heat wasn't on. I had to put $200 deposit. Thank God I took a vibeo of the room before and after we left just in case of anything. I dont know why hotels.com took the money off of my visa debit card but the hotel told me they needed a credit card deposit.

A bit noisy from construction but that is probably everywhere. Also had visitors and they gave them a parking voucher which was appreciated

The hotel is in a great location, close to the TTC for easy access to downtown Toronto events. The only thing that rubbed us the wrong way, is we called for more coffee pods and were told they would be coming up, but they never came. Lazy morning watching tv so we did not want to go down to the lobby to get coffee. Either way, great location.
