excellent hotel to stay between your flights from toronto. We stayed in big family rooms with excellent and comfortable beds and sofa bed. Would highle reccomend for family travelers. Upon check in reception ladies were more than wellcome to support and arrange. thanks

We stay at a lot of hotels throughout the year as we love to travel. I was disappointed that first I was charged for parking after I was told I wouldn’t be and second we had asked for an early check in but aria ed at 3:30 which is past check in time and they didn’t have our room ready which made us late getting to our blue Jays baseball game so we were a little disappointed and no one really cared.

I stayed one night and left my car there while I left on a trip. While on the plane, Louis the manager, texted me to say I had a flat tire and sent me a picture. He then offered to help me fix it. Within 3 hours, I received a text that the tire had been patched and the price was only$35. I can’t thank him enough because when I return in a week late at night, I still have to drive 2 hours to my house. Louis saved me a lot of time and money. I have been traveling for over 50 years and also work in hospitality. This is the finest case of customer service I have ever witnessed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We chose this hotel because it was near Pearson airport. We could use the UP train to go downtown. There is a shuttle from hotel to airport. The free breakfast was nice.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The one hiccup was a cleaning lady had some sort of mental breakdown and was yelling and screaming, which scared the hell out of my youngest daughter who is special needs. However, the hotel can't really control that, and handled it promptly when I informed the front desk. The breakfast was very good, and the pool was refreshing. The staff were very friendly.

The staff was very warm and welcoming, and the hotel, rooms, and property were very clean. Upon departure, I even noticed an employee picking up garage outside and sweeping the walkway! highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport.
