Charge me 40 bucks for a resort fee and the only interaction I had with anyone was having to goto the front desk 100 times because the card stopped working to let me on my room so 10 times I got to my door and had to turn around and elevator back down to get access. Resort fee for what? Buy some new key cards with your stolen money

They charge hidden fees and will die trying to convince you that it's not sneaky or bad practice .. the resort fees make zero sense it's just a money grab. I couldn't enjoy myself after getting snuck out of my hard earned money with resort fees it was nearly 300 per night

The rooms at the hotal were AMAZING! So much room to have your luggae out and not be tripping over your stuf plenty of walk space/ get ready room! The beds were also very comfortable!
