This is the best hotel money can buy. Fantastic place to stay and easy access all parts of Toronto. Its so clean you can lick the floors!

Walked in the room and was shocked at how elegant it looked especially with the window wall displaying a really nice view outside. The room was also spacious and clean! The bathroom was the best part. Best shower I’ve ever had. The only thing is they dont give free breakfast. Overall this is a good place!

Clean and comfortable. Front desk friendly but not staffed with enough people. Handicapped parking limited which forces one pay for valet. Nice casino Great steak restaurant. I will give hotel another try.. needed it to be close to hospital for day surgery. I am sure if I was feeling better the experience would have been better Thank you

This is a nice hotel, clean and clean and clean and comfortable bed and pillows. This is NOT a family friendly hotel. I hadn't been before and had assumed it was just attached to the casino - not part of it. Children aren't able to enter the restaurants as they're all insider the casino. We arrived late due to our flight, so we had to order room service (which was great, but a 2 year old eating near white linens was super nerve-wracking.) It would be better if they had made this clear anywhere in the reservation process or at check in when they saw me wrangling a feral 2 year old. The airport shuttle leaves once an hour on the hour and you have to let them know ahead of time to ensure they have seats for you. It was easy to use heading towards the airport but it was difficult to locate leaving the airport, so we took a cab to the hotel.
