Excellent property but parking is hard to find since cars coming into the theater on the premises park at the entrance of the underground parking for the hotel making it very inconvenient for hotel guests to find parking Underground close to where the hotel is.

Not impressed. We landed at 8:40 pm due to a late flight. Called the hotel about the shuttle, was told it stopped running at 8:30….your website says 9:00. Cost me an unplanned $36 taxi fare. Then of course we have to pay the “resort fee”. We are there for 1 night, leaving first thing in the morning, which was expressed to your clerk. Why would you be charging a resort fee for that when I obviously can’t use any of the facilities given the lateness. Give your clerks the authority to wave this fee in these circumstances…even in Vegas they will! We go to the restaurant and they charge us an extra % to use a credit card to pay….seriously, you aren’t a small business yet you nickel and dime things pretty well.

Very nice room, high ceilings, very new. Only downside was that it’s a fair walk from parking to checkin/elevators and water pressure in shower was disappointing. Otherwise would stay again

Got to this property at around 4am due to a delayed flight. Hotel is poorly designed with little to no direction on how to get to check in. You just have to ask around until someone is willing to help you. Upon arriving at the check in, I made the staff aware of our delayed flight and asked for a late checkout around 2pm instead of the usual 11am so we could get some sleep. The worker immediately declined and said 12:30pm was the limit. Did not try to accommodate my request and seemed disinterested. Lobby was populated by sketchy people sitting on the ground and window casings loitering around with security walking the building but no addressing this problem. On the upside, room was clean. Good modern look. Room feels quite empty in terms of furrniture.

Frustrated and extremely disappointed
We were not directed to our room at all and ended up on the wrong “2nd floor” as apparently there are 2. One where there is a theatre and the other where the rooms are. Getting in the shower before bed was disappointing, as there was absolutely no water pressure. When turning in for the night, we realized that all 8 pillows in the room were down filled. My wife is allergic. I tried to reach room service and the front desk to request a different pillow, but nobody answered the phone for the 10 minutes I let it ring, twice to room service and twice to the front desk. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Interesting property. Huge facility and a little difficult to navigate, especially if travelling with a person with mobility issues. Long walks to get anywhere within the facility, especially parking. Overall, beautiful new building and nice suites. Super location.

Great time, lovely atmosphere.
Celebrated our 5 year anniversary with a night away and some gambling. We had a great time. Hotel staff were kind and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Atmosphere is lovely. Rooms are well kept, clean and quiet. Bed was cozy and comfy. Lots of dining options available from food court, restaurant or room service. Airport shuttle available. If you’re looking for a little getaway this is the spot. Would recommend.
