We stayed at the hotel for few days,the third day our kids went to swim and discovered that there was pieces of poop in the swimming pool,we went and asked about the manager,he was not there but his solution was that they will close the swimming pool and in the morning it will be clean,of course we didn't want to get in that pool again ,so we asked for a refund ,because we booked 2 more days before the incident happened the manager's response was they can't give us our money back,and the only reason why we choose that hotel is because if the swimming pool,so after a few calls he decided to give us our money back ,he was so unprofessional and doesn't know how to deal with customers.
