Old hotel that was renovated but not well done we were room 715 and 217 air conditioning unit seems to be extremely noisy and defective in 715 both rooms bathroom is a joke cannot je 2 person à one time toilet in front of cabinet…..not impressive

Very clean room, front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Terminal 3 of pearson airport is right across the street so it was very conveniently located. It took us 5 minutes to walk to the airport from the front lobby of the hotel. But there is also a shuttle if you have more bags than we did. We are very happy with our stay. Thank you.

We stayed at the hotel before a 6am flight out of terminal 3 which we could see from the room. We did not use the facilities but our room was very quiet and clean even across from the elevator. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24/7 which was great for our 3am airport drive. Would stay there again.

The common areas were ok and the staff were amazing but this property is past its best before date. Good options necessitated us going to nearby properties which was extremely inconvenient without sidewalks. The rooms and floors are basically a slightly updated Super 8 and offer zero sound isolation in the rooms. You can hear everything. Not great for sleeping or dining which is kind of the point of any hotel. Not sure how Sheraton associates their name with this property.

Shuttle not reliable, but walkable to terminal 3
Beds were very comfortable for both nights. Stayed at the start and end of vacation, no shuttle either side, waited an hour when we arrived for no shuttle, departing we decided to walk after the 7am shuttle was still not there after 7:20am. If flying out of terminal 3, it is only a 5-10 min walk, I would recommend just walking. For Terminal 3 go in the first regular door on the main level there is an elevator to your right to take you to the departures level.
