They failed to notify before booking that the property was under renovations. The painting crew had every single accessible parking spot blocked. Which was a huge problem for me having to park very far away. They also advertised as having a hottub, it has clearly been out of order for some time but they failed to advise about that before booking as well. The hotel is far from soundproof, you could hear other guests just walking and talking in the hallway, car alarms woke us up from the next parking lot over, windows and walls must be paper thin. The sofa in our room smelled strongly of urine. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean as well, hot water and nice pressure. Overall we were very disappointed and would have not booked had they been transparent when we booked about the Reno’s and the broken hottub.

There is some construction taking place just outside of the hotel. Therefore the accessible parking is not available. When you are bringing in your personal belongings for 3 adult travellers you want to make it easy, clear, accessible.

Greta hotel. Close to shops, restaurants, movie theatre. Short drive the Canada’s Wonderland and Vaughan Mills mall. Only issue we had was hot tub wasn’t working. Would stay again.

Our stay couldn’t have been worse, we paid for a King Suite and were “upgraded” to two queen beds for just my husband and I, so we went to correct the problem and they only had one king room left which was for handicapped. In addition, I highly recommend to not stay here if you have a newer vehicle as ours was stolen off of the property, and staff were not much help. We are now headed home in a rental, and will not be returning to this hotel.

The shower was full of soap scum. The wallpaper was full of stains. One singular bar of soap in the bathroom. The comforter seemed like more of a throw, it was so thin. We will definitely not be returning.

I found your front desk receptionist very rude and condescending. “Specifically” the guy named Alan. He was not very accommodating and has a sarcastic way of approaching his customer. They’re not very friendly, maybe because they think just because we were of the same race we don’t deserve the respect as the other customers. The bedsheets had hair and we had to ask the housekeepers to change the whole bed and extra sheets. The housekeepers were very accommodating and changed the whole bed right away. The whole stay was not what I would expect considering it is part of the Marriot hotels.
