The first thing I checkout in a room is cleanliness. This room was very clean throughout. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Could not hear what was going on in the hallway or the next room like some hotels. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel and will return if I’m back in the area

The check in was very slow. There was a line up that took 20-25 minutes. When it was our turn it took over 15 minutes and then my visa did not go through due to a glitching computer. The staff were apologetic and friendly and dealt with the computer problems as best as they could.

The rooms quite small, bathroom has not counter space. Small bathroom The room had a strong smell from maybe a spray for bugs or ??? Lasted all 5 days, yuck Was told at check in we could cancel last nights stay until day before Not the case when I tried with different desk clerk. Would have appreciated having the correct info Signs say no pets, yet several dogs were there with guests
