The streets further down from Sherbourne station felt a little unsafe in the evenings due to the homeless with mental health issues walking up and the streets

Lovely hotel!
We had a lovely stay at Canopy this summer. It was clean, there was a water bottle fill-up on every floor, and the room was spacious. The hotel is right near a subway stop, but there's plenty to do in walking distance, as well. Everyone we encountered from front desk to valet to housekeeping and everyone in-between was friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel. We were allowed to leave our bags when we arrived early and to use the valet parking. The staff members at the desk were extremely pleasant and competent. Great proximity to metro, although we were accosted and spit on by someone on the street after exiting the nearby metro station at night. Not the hotel's fault, though!
