Nowhere in the booking does it show the security deposit. Yes, I know I will get it refunded - it would have been nice to know ahead of time so I had the available credit. Secondly, I am not from the country. I had my out of state ID. In order to complete my stay this was not good enough. I needed proof of citizenship to book my stay so I ended up having to contact expedia customer service to get it changed to my partners name because he had a passport. Why I need proof of citizenship for a hotel? No idea. Frustrating overall but the room was clean.

1-There is no elevator, and we have heavy luggage. The receptionist said that he will help us to bring our luggage upstairs but he didn't make his promise. 2- we booked 2 double beds for 4 people, we found only 2 bath towels in the room. We had a very late check-in around 11 pm so we didn't ask for more towels only in the morning. 3- the windows are poor with noise canceling. We hear the trucks all night. 4- the price by night is not fair with the quality/service and type of hotel. 3-
