J’ai apprécié le séjour : le lit assez grand pour 2 personnes, le petit déjeuner offert, la machine à café dans la chambre et aussi disponible à tout moment à la réception, l’endroit n’est pas bruyant, bien pour le repos. Parfait pour aller à l’aéroport mais un peu éloigné du centre-ville. Transports en commun pas approximité.

Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Transportation is only from the airport when you arrive and to the airport when you have checked out. It is also only provided on the hour and you need to sigh up to make sure you have a spot. It is a drive to get to downtown/harbour of Toronto. You can also get there via bus and subway system.

Poor Customer Service and Unhelpful Staff
Our stay at the hotel was quite frustrating due to a series of issues, starting with a very disappointing check-in experience. When I mistakenly entered my name instead of the car brand on the vehicle information form, the staff member, Sumanpreet Kaur, rudely snapped at me, saying, "You’re supposed to write the car brand, not your name!" in a frustrated tone. This incident, which was witnessed by my wife and children, left us all feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Adding to the poor experience, the hotel’s elevator was out of service. Despite clearly seeing that we had a large amount of luggage, Sumanpreet made no offer to assist us. It was only after we firmly requested help multiple times and expressed our frustration that she reluctantly offered to change our room to one on the first floor. This kind of unhelpful and dismissive behavior is not what we expected from this hotel. While the room change eventually solved the issue, the overall lack of hospitality and rudeness throughout the process really dampened our stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so that no future guests have to face such unpleasant situations.

Before I continue about the hotel I have to mention that the shuttle bus doesn’t feel safe. The sliding door doesn’t stay closed - I opened on us - and is tied with a rope from the handle of the passenger door and sliding door. This is a safety matter that should be taken care of immediately. The breakfast room was a nice surprise as it had real dishes and cutlery, as well as a good variety of hot and cold choices. The breakfast area is at the end of a hall away from the lobby. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly.

We (2 adults 2 kids) were up half the night to the thermostat free giant AC/heater combo unit that seemed to be the only option. It clanked an got so loud and gargled and buzzed. The room had no other thermostat or anything so you were just stuck with this horrible thing. Even in older hotels I’ve never had so much noise all night

Awakened by neighbour’s shower
The hotel was adequate, clean and comfortable. The shower in the neighbouring room, however, was so loud that it woke us both up from a deep sleep. I’ve never heard a shower that loud from another room before. Also, the shuttle service was only once an hour, on the hour. It would have been nice to have it on the half hour.
