Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay.
The room was very clean. Receptionists was friendly, pleasant and accommodating. There is a pool table and a nice gym. I love that Tim Hortons is right next door. Close to the highway. Comfortable parking, right in from of the hotel. One suggestion would be to update the pool area, even though it may be clean, the brown stains on the tile make it look dirty.

No soundproofing, noise travels everywhere
Location was good, my room was well appointed, clean, and spacious, and front desk staff was lovely. However, if you appreciate a quiet environment like me, this is not the place for you. I was assigned a room on the 3rd (highest) floor that was right next to the building where the gym is located. I could hear noise coming from the actual gym (6am to 10pm; they have a racquet court, among other areas) in addition to significant foot traffic, door slamming, running and stomping (including loud guests, teens, and children) coming to and from the gym, which can only be accessed through the stairs that join the two buildings. The noise situation only got better until very, very late in the night. The building is old and there's really no soundproofing at all, so at 4am when the room next door decided to watch TV at a very loud volume, I was able to listen to their TV show as if I were right there with them.

For me it is in a perfect area with theaters, plenty of dining options, central to lots of shopping. Property is clean and staff are friendly and responsive. I usually stay here when I come back to town to visit family and friends.

Great place for family
This hotel was very good for the price point. The only issue we had was when we arrived the friday there was a bunch of hockey kids staying there. They pulled the fire alarm and we had to evac. Not fun in 13 f temps. Also they were knocking and running away on doors. The staff did patrol the hallways to ensure itnwas kept to a minumum. Other than that it was such a pleasure staying here. Room service is always present.

Pretty good, the hotel was very home like and i felt very comfortable to unwind and check out all the amenities the hotel offer. the only issue for me is the bar closed very early at 10pm and activities became shy shorty after. overall pretty good stay for the price
