Staff are amazing! I would return when/if I visit Canada again. Staff are eager to assist with smile. The rooms are cleans and adequate for a good night's sleep. Some channels had poor reception and the walls are a little thin. Police presence is frequent. We did not check out the pool, but it availabile. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was plentiful.

The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good and helped keep costs down, and I liked the 24 hour coffee bar and snack market in the lobby. Staff was friendly and responsive. Only hiccup was small matter with our bathroom that was not repaired despite reporting it on day 2 of a 6 day stay. To be fair, we did not follow up after the initial mention of it as it did not impact our use of the facilities. Overall this is a good hotel, and I would stay there again if I ever return to the GTA.
