Unfortunately the suite I was given to stay in has not been maintained. Broken chair, missing tv remote , kitchen not equipped. I stay at this property frequently and have stayed in this suite multiple times. When I reached out to the property after I checked in they were aware of the problems and said sorry for inconvenience. My advice go through the suite when you check in and make sure things are working and nothing is broken. I unfortunately due to my frequent stays didn’t bother because it’s never been an issue. Then spent the next couple days having to message and report all the problems and being very unsatisfied and frustrated. I should not have been put in a suite that needs basic maintenance and has broken furniture and things that are not working. Worst experience and hopefully these things are addressed and fixed before anyone else is checked in.

Very chic location! Nice stores around, very good public transportation's, nice and safe for Walking. Communication with host is efficient; but if you need assistance from the building staff is evident they are not happy with you as a temporary visitor. In reality, there is not a front desk 24x7 as the list says; front desk is not friendly. Place is nice, but not very well cleaned, we had to request a re-clean, there was mold in the shower, sofa has never been dusted. To be honest, by using Expedia I was expecting a Hotel; but it turned out it was an Apartment; first stay I hay to buy toilet paper for the week. Please be aware there is a construction near by and it wakes you up at 7am, my recommendation is to warn your guests so they can take the appropriate precautions.

Overall stay was great. We had an issue with the 3rd party valet not being on site the morning of our departure after we had confirmed with them multiple times of an early pickup of the car. It was a hassle getting access to the rental but thankfully we didn’t miss our flight.

Great location, disappointing furniture
Great location and view but unit much smaller than appeared online. Floors had gaps in planks, couch and tables cheap looking, and kitchen cabinets starting to flake and fall apart couldnt really watch the tv because its not on a swivel so hard to watch in bedroom and too far away to watch in living room. Does not have basics of streaming like cnn or netflix.

The condo I stayed in was small, but had everything I needed. It was on the 26th floor with a fantastic view. It could have been cleaner though. The shower ceiling has brown water spots that needed wiping and the fan in the washroom was so old and loud I don't think it actually did anything but annoy me. The door to the washroom also was hard to shut/open because it was slightly too big for the frame and so all the wood was chipped away. The towels were like sandpaper, but thankfully I bought my own. I would stay here again for the price I paid, but I wouldn't call this a luxury condo.

Though all communications are via SMS, responses were efficient. The room was clean and big. The building is located in the shopping area with luxury brands with 2 big supermarkets within walking distance. An easy and comfortable stay in the Avalon.

Great suite, building and nice location! I would book here again. It’ll be even better if they wouldn’t charge a late fee for checking in after 10pm as it’s nearly impossible to arrive before 10pm flying in from the west coast.

Daily check ins from the company. Super annoying. Floors arent done proper. Place was dirty. Stuck on food. Under the kitchen sink there was (?) Feces stains. Super noisey building. Very thin walls. You can hear doors and elevators all throughout the night. I travel as a solo woman and was put in a very unsafe situation. Their door man walked me to my room and closed the door behind us. This is not okay in any setting let alone being a solo female traveler. Its not worth the money at all.

This property is located in a charming area of Toronto, walkable. There was nothing out of the ordinary that stood out to me during my stay. Comfortable stay. Most of the check in was done online. Finding the valet spot was a nightmare to find on the first night and to leave the garage was another nightmare. Those were my only disappointments.
