Place is near public transportation at Subway Bay station it is in a high end shopping center mall. only thing I didn't like it is get noise at night time from passing cars, no open windows to get fresh air. Air conditioning was not working. There is a Clear Glass divider between the kitchen and bed area this is hazardous as when the lights is turned off you can easy walk into the glass and cause an accident. I recommend the owners to remove that glass divider to avoid this. Also if you are not providing the laundry room, please remove your laundry from your adveritising. overall great experience. Thank you!!

Overall the suite was nice. It was a bit dated and slightly run down. Towels were thin and one ripped along a seam due to it's age. Trying to figure out the parking when you first arrive is a bit crazy. When I arrived at the location specified the building security didn't know where or who I was to talk to. I paid for parking separately to unload my bags even though I had parking included in the stay. The communication is extensive. The only other thing I would suggest is although daily cleaning is not included I think it would be a nice touch to supply a couple coffee pods and waters each day.

Very cozy apartment. Excellent location. Had to pay extra for check in after 10pm and was asked to call upon arrival but it went straight to voicemail. Luckily the concierge staff was so nice to let us in and help us call the responsible person to pass us the key. The communication via Expedia is not very user friendly. Hope that can be improved.

Unfortunately the suite I was given to stay in has not been maintained. Broken chair, missing tv remote , kitchen not equipped. I stay at this property frequently and have stayed in this suite multiple times. When I reached out to the property after I checked in they were aware of the problems and said sorry for inconvenience. My advice go through the suite when you check in and make sure things are working and nothing is broken. I unfortunately due to my frequent stays didn’t bother because it’s never been an issue. Then spent the next couple days having to message and report all the problems and being very unsatisfied and frustrated. I should not have been put in a suite that needs basic maintenance and has broken furniture and things that are not working. Worst experience and hopefully these things are addressed and fixed before anyone else is checked in.

Very chic location! Nice stores around, very good public transportation's, nice and safe for Walking. Communication with host is efficient; but if you need assistance from the building staff is evident they are not happy with you as a temporary visitor. In reality, there is not a front desk 24x7 as the list says; front desk is not friendly. Place is nice, but not very well cleaned, we had to request a re-clean, there was mold in the shower, sofa has never been dusted. To be honest, by using Expedia I was expecting a Hotel; but it turned out it was an Apartment; first stay I hay to buy toilet paper for the week. Please be aware there is a construction near by and it wakes you up at 7am, my recommendation is to warn your guests so they can take the appropriate precautions.

Overall stay was great. We had an issue with the 3rd party valet not being on site the morning of our departure after we had confirmed with them multiple times of an early pickup of the car. It was a hassle getting access to the rental but thankfully we didn’t miss our flight.
