The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Wonderful Experience
Our goal was to have the convenience of staying close to Serenity Pointe. The location and view was perfect. We’re looking forward to staying there again. It had just the right amenities to be able enjoy ourselves.
