The bedsheet looked dirty with tiny hair, luckily i only stay for a night.
No free shuttle to New Chitose Airport. Not very convenience as need to transfer JR line to New ChitoseAirport.
Convenient location, just next to JR station and free parking if you drive there.
Room is clean and with all basic equipment. Free breakfast is included. Overall the hotel is value for money!
The famous discount store is just besides the hotel, it is very convenience. Around the area also has many Japanese Restaurant. My wife and I tried the Yakitori, it was super delicious!!
Friendly staff, great rates and convenient location by the station and supa. Central location allowed walking to much of central Tomakomai while the convenient Mega Store (supa) made supply trips and the like unnecessary. Clearly geared more to business men than tourists so that tourist resources were a bit lacking; more observation than a fault. Staff struggled with English but not abnormally so.
Rooms were well sized for Japan and generally well appointed. Non-smoking rooms appeared to be thin on the ground (this is hearsay as I did not try).
I would not hesitate to stay there again.
