This luxurious holiday home has been thoughtfully designed to impress and inspire awe. With dual occupancy, it's the perfect retreat for large families to relax and spend quality time together. The spacious layout features premium materials throughout and offers stunning views from nearly every room.
On the ground floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite, a modern kitchen and living area, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a second modern kitchen and living space, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The property boasts multiple outdoor seating areas and is set on 2 acres of lush, green lawns.
Additional amenities include:
- Outdoor campfire
- 3 kayaks for guest use
- Private pontoon
The whole family can unwind and reconnect with nature, each finding their own peaceful corner to relax and enjoy the serene sounds of the outdoors.

Chirpy haven
Nestled among bushes, on the river banks, with Chirping birds, I found this to be a perfect getaway location - Property was maintained beautifully and well furnishes to ensure every possible comfort for the guests. Great location, Great service - I would never have a second thought about visiting this place upon next opportunity.

Awesome spot
The house was set in a great spot on the river but also close drive to the beach. It had everything that you could need. Definitely recommend for a family holiday

Tomakin Flathead
Great location within walking distance to everything you need. The house has all the amenities you require and is very spacious. The only negative would be no internal access between the levels. We saw an abundance of sea creatures from xtra large sting ray, monster eels and we caught our largest ever flathead!!!!! Will definitely come back again for a repeat performance….
