Fully stocked kitchen including: silverware, dishware, drip coffee maker (coffee not provided - guests are responsible for bringing their own coffee), toaster, basic pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and glassware. WIFI throughout the whole unit with Smart TVS. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities on the lower, backside of the building. Laundry is coin operated and open 24-7 to guests. The property is located near local parks and is connected to everything in the area via sidewalks.

Guests are able to park in the lot or utilize city street parking. Only one vehicle can be parked in the permitted stall, any additional vehicles will need to utilize street parking. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
