Excellent value for money

A very clean, friendly hotel. Rooms were a good size. Would be happy to use it again and would recommend others to do so. My only 'complaint' would be the location in relation to the town. The hotel is at the bottom of a very steep hill and the town is at the top!! (But there are taxis).

We stayed in this hotel for two nights.The first night I found some dirt on our fresh bath towels, so we didn’t dare to use them. We left them on the floor to get changed. But the second day, on our “new” bath towels there were hair from other people( not same color as of mine or of my husband ) !!! It looks like this is more a hotel for Spanish tourists. The front desk can’t really speak/ understand English, for example they could not tell us how/ where exactly to go to Madrid. (Finally we used google map, cos it’s more reliable in this case). The hotel is under construction at the moment. Hopefully the environment gets better later. Since they don’t speak/ understand English, I don’t think it would make sense to cummnicate with their front desk. Instead I leave comments here. Perhaps they will improve the service/ cleanness in the future.

Emplacement au pied de l'escalateur pour monter au centre ville, assez calme, parking à côté de l'hotel gratuit samedi après midi et dimanche, petit déjeuner très minimal et pas très bon pour le prix!
