Awesome Retro modern newer hotel
Great newer (4 yrs old) hotel in great location. The decor in this hotel was very retro modern and it was great! Every employee was very helpful and nice. Kroger plaza plus many restaurants nearby.

Hotel was clean, staff was very polite, bar and restaurant was nice, and the food was good there. It was in a safe location with restaurants, coffee, and places to shop within minutes away.

This hotel needs an update. The customer service was great, but the room is dated and we had some issues with the bathroom faucet and toilet. The bathroom didn’t have a tub, which I didn’t realize when I booked, so that’s on me. But the furniture around the room was weirdly placed. A portable table for the “desk” a chest of drawers that also moves around and the closet area was a piece of furniture, too. This was awkward and felt very dated. Probably able to be overlooked, but the poor bathroom fixtures was really annoying. Again, the woman at the service desk was apologetic and very courteous when we mentioned it at check-out. I’ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns lately, unfortunately this one is subpar.

The Ground Round on the property was great we ate there one day and had drinks in the lounge another day. Everyone at the hotel were very nice and helpful we would stay here again.

Two employees at check in desk were extremely rude. I was very pleasant when I arrived, and was treated terribly. Also, two or three large buses of children & parents had checked in. After waiting for over a 1/2 hour for the elevator (children & parents filled the lobby and surrounding area), a dad finally offered to let me go ahead and not wait for their entire group to clear out. All the nasty front desk person told me was to carry my heavy bags up to the third floor via the stairs. Room was okay but smelled bad. Morning desk agent was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Overall, would not stay here again for what the room cost.
