Beautifully decorated home with everything you need including a gorgeous master bedroom as well as a new hot tub in the backyard. Chad was a terrific host and made us feel at home. We would love to stay again in the future!

We were in Toledo for a conference and this was a nice location close to UT and other attractions. Following some active days the hot tub was relaxing. Perfect location for Toledo activities

Excellent home , location and host ! Our family enjoyed the week in this beautiful home located in a private neighborhood. The check in and out process was seamless with outstanding communication. The home was super clean with great decor and high quality throughout. The hot tub was greatly appreciated after a full day at the zoo and another day enjoying the art museum and viewing glass blowing demonstrations. I highly recommend this home and would love to return for my family’s next trip in the area !

A very well appointed stay.

We had 4 adults and plenty of room. We also hosted 4 friends comfortably for a get together while we were there. Well stocked kitchen supplied with the essentials and more. Hot tub outside is a nice touch though we weren't "brave" enough being it was cold and rainy. Nice selection of "starter items" when we arrived. I'd love to stay here again.

Excellent Rental Property Well-Maintained in Great Location

I have stayed at this property for many years and have never had problems. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. The location is near the City of Toledo but on the western side that is also close to many Toledo Metroparks in more rural areas. The property owner is communicative, helpful, and has always ensured that the stay is pleasant. There is no greater endorsement than having rented this property repeatedly for many years.

Nice house

This is a nice place in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and the owner left us some food and water to get us started off - which was very nice! The only down side is that there are no bedrooms with twin beds, so that makes it difficult if you have 3 kids - either 2 share a bed or once gets a couch! Other than that, though, it was as described and very clean and nice.
