The Bluffs is a lovely space - it has comfy beds, a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living room, and great ambience. While we didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub, the jacuzzi and multi-directional shower in the owner suite were excellent. The neighborhood is calm and quiet (especially at night, which is great when traveling with little kids), and also convenient to plenty of area attractions. The host responded quickly when we had questions. We would recommend this property unreservedly, and hope it's available next time we're in Toledo!

I have stayed at this property for 2-3 months per summer many years in a row now and always have an excellent experience. The property owner and property are excellent, and also in an excellent location including for visiting the many parks in an area while being close to Toledo.

Nearly perfect place, we would visit again. Probably more of a 4.5 star rating if I could just for our specific case (young kids). Came exactly as advertised, maybe a little nicer even than pictures show. Hot tub was over-chemicaled, but, at least you know it was clean.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood

Beautifully decorated home with everything you need including a gorgeous master bedroom as well as a new hot tub in the backyard. Chad was a terrific host and made us feel at home. We would love to stay again in the future!

Great Host

We were in Toledo for a conference and this was a nice location close to UT and other attractions. Following some active days the hot tub was relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice assortment of basic food supplies in the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay in Toledo comfortable and affordable.

Perfect location for Toledo activities

Excellent home , location and host ! Our family enjoyed the week in this beautiful home located in a private neighborhood. The check in and out process was seamless with outstanding communication. The home was super clean with great decor and high quality throughout. The hot tub was greatly appreciated after a full day at the zoo and another day enjoying the art museum and viewing glass blowing demonstrations. I highly recommend this home and would love to return for my family’s next trip in the area !

A very well appointed stay.

We had 4 adults and plenty of room. We also hosted 4 friends comfortably for a get together while we were there. Well stocked kitchen supplied with the essentials and more. Hot tub outside is a nice touch though we weren't "brave" enough being it was cold and rainy. Nice selection of "starter items" when we arrived. I'd love to stay here again.
