Great staff!
Great staff and pretty clean room. Room small as expected in Japan. Hotel was a bit further from the hotel than I thought. Close to iriya exit but a bit far from the other side of the station where everything is. Pretty close to asakusa too. Free water in room and drinks downstairs. Overall good stay!

Ueno hotel has really good staff both at the front on the back of house. They hotel is close to Ueno station and has ample convenience stores nearby. The room is small by western standards but is very clean and usable. I would stay with them again

This place is very close to a major training station (Ueno) and it is very convenient. We even took a direct training from the airport to this hotel without any problem. The breakfast is also very nice. My son loves the breakfast very much! I saw they have washer and dryer on site though we did not use it.

Good size room for one all amenities are good,a bit of walking distance to Ueno Station if you want to venture to other parts of Tokyo and reasonably cheap overall

Place was clean and convenient. The layout of the room was a little odd with the only window being in the bath room? I wonder if this had the benefit of being a noise barrier for such a busy area?? Front sign is a little old. Loved the laundry facilities

Staff was friendly and nice and well you get what you paid for I only needs it for a night. Close to Ueno zoo/park I felt the area was a bit unsafe. And it was very noisy. Room was very tiny. Not enough outlets for electronics. Barely room for a lot of luggage. It was like an office space converted into a hotel room. Again good for a night but if you have a large family and lots of luggage I wouldn't recommend it.

Weird smell in the room. Hair all over the floor. Shower floor has black residue. We checked in at night, and the staff who checked us in were rather unprofessional. Only provided us with one key card. Bottle water only free on the first day and no boiler in room. Plus side, can borrow scale to weigh luggage at front desk. Some nice cafes nearby.
