The staff are very friendly and accommodating, I believe they are able to assist guests from around 20 language backgrounds. Rooms are a decent size, comfortably fit two people, with 1 suitcases each. If you are training with more than one suitcase I would recommend a bigger room. The location is close to a subway and railway. Giving good access to places like shibya or harajuku. Would recommend if you don’t feel like staying in the big city locations.

Great property to stay, especially if travelling to or from Haneda as there is a direct airport train station under the hotel. Also good for a mid/long term stay as there is a washing machine in the room.

The poperty is not far from an entrance/exit to a subway station, which makes it convenient. However, any good restaurant is a bit far, so I generally eat far away and take the subway back to the hotel.

We found bugs in 1 of the beds and we had to change rooms. We were given a choice of staying in the room but not sure if the bug situation would be resolved or change rooms. No acknowledgement of inconvenience that we faced from the 1 night with the bugs. They were going to have us move our luggage into the new rooms ourselves but they didn't have the room ready and we want to go out. In the end, they moved our luggage for us.

Great location, right next to subway station. The breakfast was ok but could use more meat and fruit options. A great plus is the in room washing machine. ☺️

The washing machine/dryer, microwave plus sink outside was really convenient. It was really close to the train station which was a bonus. Clean towels were provided daily and there were lots of amenities in the lobby along with free coffee. Staff was kind and I enjoyed my stay. Only downside was barely any restaurants or malls around

Hotel was very close to Sengakuji station and Takanawa gateway station. Takanawa station area is under going extending construction, didn't hear any in the room tho which is good. Restaurant options is limited in the area, but absolutely love Nakau by the train station, affordable price, quick services and it opens 24 hours. We chose it because it has direct train goes to Haneda airport. There are free coffee and tea at the lobby. One complaint tho is the internet, we got kicked offline couple of times during use.

Hotel is easy to get to and from haneda airport. Once you get off the train it’s around the corner. Love the washer and dryer in the room so that I don’t need to pack so much for the trip (more room for souvenirs). The only thing I would complain is that shopping or dining is very limited in the area. So if you want food or other activities you have to take the bus or train.
