Hotel is easy to get to and from haneda airport. Once you get off the train it’s around the corner. Love the washer and dryer in the room so that I don’t need to pack so much for the trip (more room for souvenirs). The only thing I would complain is that shopping or dining is very limited in the area. So if you want food or other activities you have to take the bus or train.

Overall a good stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they held our luggage for us before checkin as well. Most things to do are quite a walk away, but there are 2 stations very close to the hotel to use.

Very close to the train station. Staff was very friendly. Had issues with my flight and had to be on standby and lost a booked day because of it but the hotel facilitated a refund for the lost day due to flight issues with no hesitation. Made the situation less stressful! Really enjoyed our first trip to Japan

We frequently stay at Tokyu Stay properties as we love the convenience of the in-room washing machines. Property is clean and rooms are fairly spacious. Sengakuji station entrance is a short 2 min walk away. Surrounding area is very quiet and could do with a few more convenience stores and dining options. There’s literally nothing to eat here after day hours. Else it’s a very comfortable stay with a fairly new property and reliability of the Tokyu Stay chain.

I love this hotel as it is very near to train station and this train station can bring me to Haneda Airport within 30mins. Although the surrounding is quiet, restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance.

We had a great stay here. The room was a little small, but that's what we expected near Tokyo. Great location within a few minutes walk to a train station. Everything was very clean and the staff was very polite. Breakfast was excellent. The washer/dryer combo in the room was very convenient. They were able to hold our luggage after check out so we could enjoy our last day since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.
