Our stay was truly a memorable one. The staff were very accommodating, courteous, and provided exceptional service. Our baby had caught a cold, and the manager on duty was so helpful getting us to see a doctor. Situations like this can be very stressful when in another country. The manager was very kind and helpful during our little emergency. Our baby was better in a few days.

Super great value for the price. It was a very convenient hotel and the shuttle to Disneyland/Disneysea was very convenient and reliable. Super friendly staff and great facilities. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Staff was super nice. I arrived early and asked for early check in, they said it was not possible due to full booking, when i asked to keep our luggage staff was more than helpful. also the staff gave us a tag and told us that we dont need to queue up after disneyland, just show this tag to any of their staff to check in and get room key

Nice location with super friendly staff. Only downside is not a variety of dinner places near by so be aware, eat in Disneyland , aside from that, this hotel and Disneyland and sea was the highlight of our vacation

A basic hotel
Does enough to provide basic needs, free shuttle and close to Disneyland, clean room, decent size, airport limousine station closeby, decent breakfast. Do not expect anything fancy. Kids were happy.

Positive: Big size of room, bath/toilet are small, but common in Japan. Laundry/vending are available. Good location and convenient to go to Disneyland and Disneysea. Negative: Most of the staffs are not fluent in English and made mistake on the check in process. This was rectified by the supervisor on the next day. Being international hotels, I think it would be critical to have someone to be able to speak fluent English in Reception, Guest Services and also at the Restaurant. Have to walk 10 minutes to go to the nearest restaurang, The hotel doesn't provide any dinner service at all.
