Overall, the hotel was decent, with spacious rooms that were more generous than most you’d typically find in Tokyo. However, we had a disappointing experience upon arrival. We reached the hotel just one hour before the official check-in time and were charged an extra fee for early check-in. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was the first time I’ve encountered such a policy—especially for such a short time frame. It felt unreasonable. Additionally, while the hotel itself was comfortable, the location was less than ideal if you’re looking to explore Tokyo. Getting to most attractions required at least two metro transfers, making it time-consuming to reach popular areas. If convenience and quick access to the city are priorities for your trip, you might want to consider a hotel that’s more centrally located.

Hotel is a great location few minutes walk from Shiomi station (under 10 minutes to Disney or Central Tokyo area) and has a family mart directly connected to the property Staff were very helpful and got our case forwarded to our next destination. Room was very spacious, super clean. My only minor complaint was the bed was super firm and the pillows weren’t the best

Hotel is very close to Shiomi station. Loved that it had a Family Mart at entrance. Buffet breakfast was really nice. Room was also very spacious and amenities provided were adequate. A bit far if you have a lot acitivites planned in Shibuya and Shinjuku, but very close to Disneyland

Although not in central Tokyo, this hotel was worth the extra seven minutes to get into town. The peace, extra space and calm this hotel allowed was perfect. The rooms were well maintained and immaculate. Really felt like home away from home. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel right next to the train station. This train takes you to both Tokyo station and also on the Disneyland connection train line. Convenient if you like to go to Disneyland. Not many food options around but is very close to Haneda airport. Friendly and helpful stuff. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Huge indoor onsen in the hotel that open till late. Recommeded for family and solo travellers.

Beautiful property with very poor customer service policy. Due to family illness, I had to cancel this trip to Tokyo. I knew the reservation was "Non-Refundable" so I tried to change to a later date. The "CHANGE PENALTY" was the FULL COST OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION. They then wanted to charge the full amount for a room at a later date. I declined to change or cancel, and went through several hoops to allow a friend to stay using my reservation. Fortunately, the Hotel allowed that, and my friend enjoyed her stay there.
