ホテルのサービスは、ディズニー旅には最高😀 早朝からのディズニー入園でしたが、フロントに行く前に、ホテルのエントランスで、宿泊確認と荷物の預かりをしてくれます😊 こちらのホテルには、ディズニー旅では初めての宿泊でしたが、今まで利用したホテルには無かったサービスだったので、大変良かったです😊 時間に余裕もあったので、そのままフロントでチェックインも出来て、遊んだ後もすぐに部屋に直行出来ました😊 部屋は、お風呂が洗い場付きで、浴槽も大きく快適でした😊 3人での利用でしたが、ベッド4台の部屋で、清潔感があり広くて使いやすかった😊 4人部屋だったからか、バスタオルは3枚でしたが、フェイスタオルは5枚だったりと、多い分には良かったのですが、数にバラつきがあるのは⁉️⁉️ ちなみに他のアメニティは、4つでした😊 家族利用だっら、問題ないけど、友達とだったらどうかなと、思いました😅 フロントスタッフは、若い方が多く、好印象〜また、ディズニー旅で利用したいです😊

Exceeded expectations, friendly service, nicely sized rooms, very comfortable, peaceful and convenient for Disneyland with free shuttle buses getting you within close walking distance. Best possible introduction to Japan. Highly recommended.

Traveling from the US to visit Tokyo Disney I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Very close the Disney, wonderful breakfast, great rooms with tons of toiletries in room. Everything you would need and more. Great views, I felt very very safe and had a wonderful time.

Great location and the staff was very friendly. They made us feel comfortable and were helpful with any questions that we had. The room was cool and beds were comfortable, hot shower with amazing water pressure. It is walkable to and from the monorail or you can take the free bus. We did the breakfast buffet in the morning plenty of options between Western and Japanese food. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Dining restaurant in hotel was very good. They even offer food options after their restaurant closes for the evening. There is a shuttle that runs to and from Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea.

Very clean organize room everyday complete with all we need and there's a dining and shopping area at the lobby. Staff very accomodating and friendly. Shuttle bus going to Tokyo disneyland and Disneysea for free. Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay and looking forward again to stay soon.

Good Choice for Disney Tokyo
We slept 2 nights at this hotel to go to Disneyland and Disney sea. There is a free shuttle from Maihama bay station which is very convenient. It is very easy to access both parks and having a noon check out is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. There is a small convenient store in the lobby to purchase snacks and a bakery for croissant and other breakfast breads items. We did not purchase the buffet breakfast, not being use to japan style breakfast but it did look good. The only thing I did not like is the pillows which were too hard for my taste (i realised all tokyo hotels where i stayed have hard pillows). Othewise this is a really great Choice to visit Disney at a really good price.
