Hotel is not too far from the train station, entrance is located in an alley (nothing wrong with that). Lobby is on the smaller side. Staff didn’t greet us for the three nights whenever we came in (also doesn’t bother us, but when compared to any other hotel in Japan, they always greeted us). Hotel has almost no amenities besides the consumables they have in the lobby, and a clothes press on each floor. Room was alright, we had a double bed. You get a safe, tea supplies, and a nice sized closet. The TV is just a regular flat screen TV with no Cast capabilities (you can use Netflix and whatnot, but it’s all in Japanese with no English so we couldn’t use it), so the TV was useless for us. Windows and view were amazing. The bathroom was decent and clean. No seat warmers for the bidet so the seat was always cold. The shower could have a better design, it was slightly frustrating to use; the shower head is inserted into a FIXED mount, so you couldn’t change the direction of the shower head unless you kept it in your hand. And the pressure was so high it would hit us in the face and we had to have the bath faucet and shower head running at the same time to reduce the pressure.
If you must stay near Kameido train station, this will be your best option. Otherwise, I recommend you just book an APA hotel for a bit more money at a different station. This stay was not worth our money.
