Close higashi-shinjuku station, bedroom was clean and big enough. Very good breakfast buffet. They only had one washing machine working for the whole hotel which was quite annoying. Overall still satisfied.

Shinjuku and Kabukichu were very difficult to navigate with Google maps usually confused and unreliable. Many twisting streets and alleys crisscrossing the area. Took taxis most places. The Hotel staff were outstanding-eager to help, professional, and very kind. Our experience with Shinjuku Granbell was very positive.

The property isn’t too far from all the action of Shinjuku, and walking back to and from the hotel was always so quiet. Plus a bar with a view, and a beer vending machine made the stay better. I would definitely recommend this place.

The pictures on the website for this hotel are not like the rooms you get we had a “ deluxe queen room” lol Small - bed pushed against the wall so have to climb in one side no room for suitcase and only half a window ! The restaurant was good The top floor lounge very nice Area good if you are 30 years old
