Room was dirty and extremely small, despite reserving the triple room for the three of us. Bath was very uncomfortable; however, water pressure was good. Could not wait to leave and an awful way to start our holiday. I don’t how or who rated the hotel, but by today’s standards, it is a maximum 2 stars.

this hotel is dated. the lobby smells bad like cigarette (it has a smoking room in the lobby). however, it is situated in a more quiet area in the shibuya and yet close to the train & underground stnt , about 7-10 mins walk. i would not mind staying here again for its convenient location.

Location was perfect near shibuya crossing and parco for shopping as well as in yoyogi park and meiji jingu albeit a bit of a walk but still doable.

Both my fiancée and I liked the property’s spacious room features. There’s ample walkway between the bed and bathroom. The bed was soft and not too firm. The bathroom is relatively small but convenient enough. There were bathroom amenities provided. The hotel feels modern but a little rundown look with some crack/peeling wall paper. Also there are luggage markings on the walls. It doesn’t deter us from the property since the service and staff are attentive. The place is clean for the most part. The location of the hotel is a good walk around Shibuya and Yoyogi Park. There’s ample food choices in and around the hotel. Lawson is right next door for any convenience store needs. This hotel is on our list for our next visit to Tokyo.
