My room was next to a train railway that kept me up all night and they wanted an extra $300-$700 to switch to room that didn’t have a train going on all hours the day and night. Don’t stay here. The pictures are super misleading.

Most bang for your buck
The location is excellent for Shibuya. Access to all the infrastructure, food, entertainment, and shopping is perfect. The hotel is connected to Hiyashita Park which has a wonderful walking area & courtyard. The rooms are quite large for Shibuya and makes very good use of space. What you get for the price is really unbeatable. Washer and dryer on site was life saver. Just a really cool place to stay and overall great value. What a gem!

This hotel is a great value for money. Perfect location, modern and comfortable room, great amenities - really top notch. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall and you can see Shibuya Sky from some rooms. Coffee in the cafe in the lobby is world class too. 2 things just fyi to set your expectations further: the staff speaks little to no English as usual in Japan, so use Google translate as everywhere....they also can't call you a cab since they don't have a parking (important if you go to an airport/train station, but you can use GoTaxi app or Uber)

Absolutely a must if you are visiting Shibuya! Toilets in the room give off a strange, very unpleasant odor. The restaurant is fabulous, beds are comfy and super convenient location for walking around Shibuya. Staff is very helpful.
