We had one day we forgot to book breakfast and the day after we left very early (before the restaurant opened). We weren’t permitted to swap our breakfast on our last day (the day we left early) to the day before, the day we hadn’t booked breakfast. I feel it would have been easy to swap. I asked reception to check with the manager but I don’t think they understood. That was the most disappointing thing.

Had an amazing stay! The location, facilities, and staff exceeded my expectations and were incredibly helpful. However, I did arrange for a wake-up call that I didn’t receive. Additionally, I would appreciate it if housekeeping could be more cautious. I noticed that my dad's reading glasses were flipped underneath the bed while the housekeeper was making the bed. Thankfully, I was able to help him find them, but otherwise, he might not have known where to look. Overall, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Tokyo again!

The location of this hotel was fantastic and I highly recommend staying in this area. Full of life and amazing restaurants. The hotel is right in front of the train station, that is another huge plus for this hotel. Room is small and that should be expected. They have larger options, but for extra cost. Overall rooms were clean, had the amenities needed and provided a comfortable stay. Breakfast on sight was also good.

This is not a luxury property, but it is clean and pleasant, the area around it is good for walking around, and the subway / JR station is across the street which is super convenient. Easy transit to Shibuya, Ginza, whatever other popular spots you are interested in. Good value, very friendly and helpful staff who mostly speak English as well.

It was a perfect place to be located and quiet. Right beside the train station and with shopping and restaurants nearby. What more could you want? Easy to get anywhere as a base. Hotel was clean, friendly, and the staff were very helpful. Would stay here again!

We always stay at this hotel as it is close to my parents' house. But, that being said, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The location is so convenient as it is across the street from the JR Yamanote line Takadanobaba station. We will keep coming back!! We have already booked our next stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was quiet, 2 mins from the train station, and incredibly easy to get to shinjuku shibuya and other popping areas. The hotel was clean, pristine, immaculately planned out, and had an abundance of nice amenities to grab- even a tooth brush face sheet mask. The restaurant attached also looked very nice, but we opted for the local family mart/lawsons/7-11 within a walking distance for breakfast. This hotel was great and if given the chance to visit Tokyo again, we will definitely be back.

Every time I visit Japan, I stay here for it's convenient location near a JR Yamanote line station within a few stations of Shinjuku/Shibuya and Ikebukuro, proximity to shopping (literally 1 minute walking distance to Don Quijote next door), and decent price. The rooms are always clean, the service is excellent, and the check-in/check-out process is quick and easy. I appreciate being able to adjust the thermostat for air conditioning purposes (some hotels in Japan do not allow for this). I also appreciate the presence of a refridgerator in case you need to place items that you want to save for the next day. Also, the bathrooms are clean equipped with a bidet toilet and strong water shower (I always feel super clean after showing here!). Overall, I highly recommend staying here for first time visitors along with repeat visitors primarily due to its location, price, cleanliness, safety, and dining options nearby. There are all 4 convenience stores (7 Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, and NewDays) all within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Always highly recommend this place! I almost don't want to tell anyone about it to keep it a best kept secret for where to stay in Tokyo.
