Very helpful staff in lobby. Had the breakfast pkg, which was nice and tasty.however daily found they were slow to refill dishes (sliced bananas, rice, Japanese fish dishes) & favorite drinks such as orange juice& sometimes water, Our room was clean, however shows signs of wear & tear. Curtains thin so light shines through thin fabric areas. Carpet clean but aged. We will recommend hotel & likely stay here due to locale. Convenient to subway & T-CAT.

Old world elegance. The hotel looks old but it is very well-maintained - clean, fast service, and accessible. Appreciate that the room was bigger than expected, and the customer service is top notch. It’s connected to the TCAT / bus service direct to Narita and Haneda, which makes getting to the airport and back a breeze. Will stay here again.

It’s simply very good- everything is catered for you in a very sensible and caring way, staffs are helpful, professional, questions are answered and responded to accordingly, things are very proper- it’s rated 4 stars, you get what you can expect from a 4-stars hotel, it’s very good. Highly recommended, hustle free. FYI, it’s been the seventh time our family stays there. It’s our first choice when we go to Tokyo since longtime ago. Restaurants are all very good as well. Boutiques are also sweet, location is excellent. Nothing to complain about

I stay this hotel for 20 years everytime I visit Tokyo. Reliable service, great gym with latest Cybex and T cat next door. Only negative this time was that the reception tried to charge me for early check in although I am Expedia Gold member with VIP access.
