Excellent Location and Staff
Excellent staff. Immaculately clean and modern hotel. It's very convenient with a Tokyo Metro stop in front of the hotel. It's only a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Tokyo Station train depot, which makes it a great location if spending a few days in the city. There's also a restaurant inside the hotel, as well as a convenience store right next door.

Outstanding location. Well thought amenities. Small rooms, though. In the miniscule room, they have a large massage chair, which is utterly useless and occupies the space that could have been used to open a suitcase. They do not have a laundry machine and is 15 minutes walk from the hotel

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The reception is located at the 7th floor, which seemed odd at first, but is actually nice if you're a guest that comes and goes often. The reception staff was also nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and also a plus is having two 7-Elevens at either side of the hotel. The only negative I would say is that the phone from the room to the reception does not work, it always rings as a busy line. Other than that, very pleased with my stay here!

Small but well appointed, very convenient location
Loved my stay at this hotel. Upon early arrival they were very happy to store my luggage for the day until check in was available. The hotel offered breakfast at a reasonable rate but I never used it and instead opted to enjoy the cheap delights of the 7-11 only a few doors down on the same street. My room was classed as a double and the bed was, but certainly not enough room for two suitcases. For solo traveller it was perfect. Loved the massage chair in the room which was great after a long day of walking around Tokyo to see the sights. The shower was really powerful, which itself gave a great massage after a long day. Hotel was maximum 10 mins walk from Tokyo main station, and also 2 mins walk to Ginza line station, so super convenient for transport. Loved my stay here, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again on a return tip to Tokyo, and would certainly recommend.

The room is small with limited closet space. The massage chair in the room is not necessary and takes up space. I like the breakfast buffet selection; however, the dining chairs are very noisy when it is pushed in or out from the dining table. This was very distracting during breakfast when the restaurant is occupied by guests. Otherwise, the staff is very professional and helpful.

Helpful, mostly ok with English staff. Convenient access to 2 train lines and Tokyo Station. 2 7-11 convenience stores right next to the hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but plenty if solo travelling and packing light. Good amenities, including an overhead rain shower, bidet and massage chair. Maybe not the place if you want to party, but totally fine otherwise.

Great breakfast! Small room, but this is expected in Tokyo. Located right on the Ginza line for easy access to most of the Tokyo metroplex. Hundreds of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location with great access to a Tokyo metro line station (Kyobashi) and close to Tokyo Station. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had about getting to tourist sites. We also enjoyed our room and our daily breakfast.

Our room was bright, airy and well designed, the shower was really powerful and the room was immaculately clean. Our only quibble was that breakfast did n't start till 7 am; as we were travelling for business / tourism we had several early starts and had to miss breakfast on occasion - a shame as it was great!

Modern, clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was very good for the price (US$15). They have money exchange machine and sell SIM card at the hotel. The room is very small though( less than 300 sf).
