Front desk staff are kind and professional. Rooms were clean and quite decently sized. Eco friendly hotel and near a Tokyo metro subway line. The JR lines are a bit further away, around a 10 minute walk.

Good location, staff is super friendly. It’s a standard Tokyo hotel room. For Americans visiting, rooms in Tokyo are small. Otherwise, we expected the room to be standard. After a few days of running around the city, it got claustrophobic.
