Pleasant stay
Hotel room is clean & comfortable, just that mini bar items has to retrieve from lobby. Front desk is helpful with our request to cancel 1 night stay due to circumstances, it took us quite some time to settle with Expedia. Overall a pleasant stay.

Not the most centralized of locations but very easy to get to Tsukiji and Ginza. The area is quiet with little traffic, making it a nice respite from the frenetic pace of much of Tokyo.

The hotel was good, except for the extremely hot room. We stayed in December but the central heating system meant it was very uncomfortable to stay in. We were also on level 12, so when it was the afternoon/evening, the sun exacerbated the problem. We asked a staff member to check our thermostat but it was not effective at all. She recommended us to turn on the fan, but it was very loud during the night and did not solve the problem. We also had to open the door to let cool air in which was inappropriate. However, the room was clean and had a nice lobby and surrounding area. There is also a bus right outside making it easy to access Tsukiji, Ginza and Tokyo Station.

As soon as I entered the room, intense heat greeted me — the thermostat was at 25°! I lowered it to 15° but the room remained warm. The room was quite small, but modern and clean. My view was a nondescript tall building, so I decided not to leave the shades opened. The staff was professional but an occasional smile would help.

Everything is great!! If front desk staff can be little bit more friendly.the over all experience can be better. Don’t feel the welcoming from Front desk staffs. The lobby cleaning lady is friendly! The breakfast cafe staffs are great and amazing.

Great stay!
Definitely will stay here again. Friendly staff, property and room was super clean. Location was quiet, a bit further away from central Tokyo but subway was a 10 minutes walk. I loved that even when you requested no cleaning service needed, the staff still leaves fresh clean towels by the door for you. My only suggestion would be, it needs additional hooks to hang up towels. There was only one within the room.

I booked this hotel because the hotel I usually stay at whenever I go to Japan was fully booked at this time. This is a new hotel, it's very clean and price is affordable. I was born and raised in Tokyo where not far from this hotel. I thought it was not too far to stop by my parents' house, but unlike Toyosu, Harumi is still in the process of development. It is very quiet at night and there are hardly any people on the street, but safe. The view from the room, which was recommended as the best for long-term stays, was just the wall of the office building cross the back street, so I will refrain from booking hotels on Expedia in the future. The senior level employees have a professional manner, but there are a few trainees who are busy chatting at the front desk, and to be honest, I wish they would do it somewhere that customers could not hear. You cannot drive your car in front of the entrance. It gives the impression of a small boutique condominium rather than a hotel. Pros: clean and new. Cons: depends on a room what you are assigned. low-rise no view.

A quite new hotel in a newly developed urban area. Convenient to go Tsukiji, Ginza, Odaiba, and many places. The amenities are new and clean. There is an option to park your car in hotel overnight. However, the room size is sooooo small. Not likely good for two people. I mean it sleeps two people, but there is no space for both of you move around in room.
