Good hotel
Hotel centrally located aboutv5 minute walk from Okachimachi station. Lobby on second floor. Washing machines on first floor near entrance. Arrived late and had difficulty using the check in machine. Staff member showed up after about 10 minutes to assist. Room was small but functional. Area has lots of restaurants and shopping. Convenience store is open next door to hotel.

Perfect location, quiet but next to busy places and a large choice of restaurants. Clean and confortable. Really convenient hotel, we had an amazing 6 days stay

I had a great time staying here for 9 nights. The area is very convenient and while there was construction in the building right next to the hotel, I did not hear any noise during the evening so it did not affect my sleep at all. The location is a short walk away from the Tokyo Metro line and the JR line, making it super easy to get around town. It is also just a short walk away from areas such as Akihabara, Ameyoko Shopping Street and Ueno Park. While the room was a bit smaller than other places I have stayed in Tokyo, I was still able to open my check luggage (clamshell style) completely. Overall, I was quite happy with my stay here and would visit again.

Apart from the cigarette smoke on the 2nd floor, because of the smoking room - the hotel is clean, comfortable and perfect. We will certainly reserve here again as it is so convenient to shopping, food and metro. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Room was very cramped for a double twin, could barely unfold the suitcases. Location is good, staff was friendly when checking in. Air conditioning worked well since it was extremely hot while there.

Property was close to JR Okachimachi Station and Ginza Suechirocho Station; Ameyoko shopping district and lots of local restaurants. Located between Ueno and Akihabara. Room was quiet and clean.

5 minute walk from akibahara. 12 minute walk from Okadamachi station. Toilet and shower might be a little small if you’re a bigger person. I am 300 pounds and they were a little uncomfortable, but not unusable. Air conditioning controls are nice. Room service always turned it on so the room felt amazing coming in from the summer heat. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Elevator always stops on 2nd floor so they will greet you every time you enter or exit. A receptionist named Tanikawa was especially great. He chatted with us and remembered events and gave us recommendations even a week after they happened. I spoke with him in Japanese, so I am not sure if he can speak English. Overall was a very good experience!

Property was close and walkable to Ueno Train station, which the Skyliner Express Train from/to Narita Airport travels to. Makes it very convenient to start your trip in Japan. Also the subway lines are very close too. As a solo traveler, the room was adequate in size and has room for your luggage or backpack, nice bathroom, fridge, kettle, tv and desk. There's a eating area with microwave on second floor. Would book here again, which I did on this trip.

The room is compact and cozy. The sink is half way into the tub. You need to be careful getting up from the toilet since the towel rack is right above your head. The neighborhood is very quiet.The lady at the front desk speaks fluent English. All staffs are very friendly. Walking distance to the transportation and shopping.
