I had a medical emergency a day before our arrival to Oakwood. Hotel manager Sho Goto and his team were very kind and extremely patient with us. Help me with wheelchair, taxi in and out and hospital contact. We are forever grateful and would definitely come back again when I recover. Other than this, the apartment is very clean, good size with very nice kitchen and laundry. It would fit most families with young kids like us.

A short walk from Tokyo Station, this hotel is by far one of the best I have stayed in while visiting Tokyo. The cleanliness was superior and the staff was very accommodating and helpful with transportation and dining sugestions.

The hotel is difficult to find in the hustle and bustle of the city, the door is tucked inside another building with various options of where to go, and the instructions did not state to come to a door and be called to enter. Besides being frustrated and tired from being lost, it was a good location.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Always on alert to help you if you needed it. Downstairs is a Lawson‘s quick market which is very convenient It’s a location right next to Tokyo Station can’t be beat. And it’s very walkable to Ginza. We will definitely stay there again.
