The service was amazing, the room beautiful, with modern fixtures and nice furniture, the morning breakfast bar great, and a great view of the SkyTree. This was like an oasis after staying in some accommodations that were not nearly this good. I already said this but the front end staff were absolutely wonderful. We felt so welcome and cared for when we arrived.

What a perfect spot! Spent our last night in Tokyo here and I wish we found it sooner! Biggest room we had on our trip to Japan and everything was so clean. Check in was smooth and they even let us keep our bags there for a few hours after check out. Short walk to Ueno park & Ueno Station and it's a quiet neighborhood. Perfect!!

I will not recommend this hotel as there should be some other options with better accessibility at similar price. Also, it is inconvenient that guests have to enter pin in order to access the lift. One morning when I was about to go out and found there was food leftover (including pieces of snack packaging, used tissue paper, instant noodle) left in front of my door. It could be the garbage from other guests on the same floor and they have put it in the hallway unattended at night time. I suspected that there could be some small animals, say cat or rat attacking the garbage bag as every floor there was an open balcony. I was quite surprised with the food leftover once I opened the door but the real disappointment was the cleaning by the housekeeping team. I could still spot instant noodles after I returned to hotel at night.

Perfect for family week on Tokyo
Excellent location and room for family stay. Nice large apartment with all kitchen supplies and big bathroom. Loved having washer/dryer unit. New and well maintained furniture. 10 minute walk to train station, so many shops and restaurants and things to do close by. The park is about a 10-15 minute walk and has many museums, places to eat, beautiful landscape and Shrine. Perfect for our family week stay on Tokyo

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed and it was a big space considering Tokyo accommodation. Fully stocked kitchen and having a washing machine in your room was so convenient. There was a fruit buffet in the morning which was a lovely touch. There are 2 convenient stores close by. The walk to the train stations were not super close but overall a great stay.

Great service. Our washer broke down on the first day of stay. While there was a bit of troubleshooting done with the duty crew but the team change out the washer within the day. Accessibility: if you are coming from the airport, take the airport transfer to nippori and transfer by the JY line to Ueno, exit via the Iriya exit which will bring you closer to the hotel. We initially took the airport train to Keisei Ueno and have to walk quite a bit. Overall a good stay.

It was the perfect stay for our family (2 adults and a baby). The apartment is quite spacious, and the availability of a kitchen and a bath tub was really helpful with our baby. The free cofee and fruit buffet in the morning was also great. It is not right next to a subway station, but the walk to 2 stations is pretty short and flat. It is also possible to walk to nice areas such as Asakusa and Ueno park.

Property is located in Northern Tokyo in Ueno, and has a more local vibe to it (not as fast-paced as Shinjuku or Shibuya). The rooms are set up like an apartment, with a kitchen, small living room, comfortable beds, and even a laundry machine. Can’t tell you how helpful it was to wash your clothes in the middle of Japanese summer! The area around the hotel is relaxed and easy to navigate. There are lots of dining close by, including mom and pop coffee spots, restaurants, and even a One Piece themed bar that gives you trading cards when you order drinks. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the famous Ameyoko shopping district, Uneo Park, and the Keisei-Uneo and Ueno train stations. Overall, great hotel and location. Would def stay again!
