Nice convenient property with great service.
It was a short stay but the helpfulness of the staff was top notch. The staff was very friendly and looked to help with travel questions - ride to hotel, baggage storage etc. They were also multilingual which helped - many spoke English. The room was smaller than other Mimaru stays in comparison which made it a bit cramped for luggage with family (if you have more than a couple). Like many say with usual Japan hotels, at least for our travel group, it was hard to access/place our luggage. The location was convenient. Restaurants and train were all within walking distance. All in all, a solid choice.

We had a great stay at this Mimaru location. The front desk was very helpful, they had fun events and games for the kids to do, and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. We stayed in the ninja room and my family loved the decoration of the room. There are great Ramen Noodle restaurants across the street, very close to shopping, Ueno Park and the museums. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Location is great. Short walk to the Okachimachi station, plenty of good local dining and shopping, near a lively area but not nearly as crowded as some of the more touristy parts of Tokyo. The property is well maintained with rooms that are well suited for families. Overall would highly recommend.
