I like that I can walk to Shinjuku station. Quite a good10-15 mins walk. And all the main connections and attractions are at Shinjuku station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped carry my sleeping daughter in her stroller down a flight of stairs. They also carried our luggage down to the lobby and helped us with luggage transfer to our next destination. The staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Mimaru Shinjuku is a solid property especially for families visiting Tokyo. It is only a 10-15 walk away from Shinjuku station. The beds are large and the rooms spacious enough for our family of 4. Plenty of places to plug in devices and AC/heater was simple to use. The front desk staff is only there from about 7am to 10pm so bear that in mind if your travel is outside of these times and you need help from them outside of those times. Laundry room gets busy at night but during the day, it's empty (only 5 washer/dryers each and they're small compared to North American standards). Room was quiet despite being next to elevator.

Have a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel . It’s very convenient n staff are all very helpful. When we informed them that we have lost our phone , they did what they could to assist us . Amazed at how the front desk took care of us. There was an issue with our luggage that was completely my fault, and they were able to make it right. That fix completely changed our ability to enjoy our last day in Tokyo. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Japan.
