朝食は和食洋食どちらも充実で毎朝満足でした。部屋も清潔、清掃状態も文句なし。立地条件も築地場外市場や銀座などにアクセス良くとてもよかったです。 ただアーリーチェックインが1時間毎1500円とか、部屋にはお皿やスプーンも備えられてないなど、せっかく旅行できたのにちょっとケチ臭さが感じられ、ちょっとさもしい思いでした。ほぼインバウンド客（特に中国の団体客）相手だからなのかスタッフも対応も四つ星らしいおもてなしはありませんでした。こんなんだったらアパホテルとかドーミーインでもよかったかな。 酷いとかダメではないけど、ホテルらしいホスピタリティも感じられず残念だったので、リピはないかな。

Great place to stay in Tokyo. We really liked the location and the neighborhood. Hotel offered different options for food for breakfast. We also liked the meeting room and the laundry. Will stay here again if we can!

This was our 2nd time to stay here. We stayed here as we was satisfied with the room and service at the first time. For 2nd time, they let us stay in a smaller room and requested to check out right away enen though I requested for additional 1/2 hour as my husband was not back yet. Will not stay here again for our next trips to Japan.

Nice hotel with good location
The hotel has a very good location the first room was very good but I decided to extended two days more and the change me a room I want to stay in the same but they said it was smaller the other and could not stay the lady in front desk wasn’t to kind and didn’t help me , and the second room was small , but everything else was very good and the other staff that helps were very kind

Quite & safe neighborhood, closer to everything. A lot of food options nearby. I love the pillow & firm bed, we didn't have neck problem after 8 nights of stay. Especially the bath & bathroom separate decide that's much easier for the family.

The room was clean and bigger than expected for a small hotel like KOKO. I liked the extra door entry hallway space that separated the toilet room from the shower/bath room. It allowed more space to spread our luggage and 3 big adults! Although it was a no-frills place, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Wish the towels could’ve been softer and more than 1 small pillow/bed. But it was a very convenient 5 minute walk to the famous Tsukiji market and 15 min walk to Ginza shopping area. The Tsukiji train station is nearby, but since it’s not a main stop for the major subway system, several tricky transfers had to made to get to one of the main train stations. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a short stay to explore the Ginza, Akihabara, and Ueno area. But I would find a more centrally located place closer to a major train station next time.

We love KOKO Hotel. It is clean, comfortable and cute. We travel as a family of 4, and we were able to book 1 room. We had breakfast included with our stay, and we enjoyed it every morning. It is walking distance to numerous train stations, a huge mall, numerous dining options, and convenient stores. Despite all the above items, KOKO Hotel is on a quiet street, which we think is very cute, and lovely.
