Koko hotel is walking distance to Ginza line, it’s so easy to get around. In a few block aways there are eateries and 7/11 is a few steps away from the apartel. The receptionist was super helpful (sorry… I forgot to get his name) to get our luggage transfer to the next destinations. The room was very spacious and clean, they even let you use umbrella without deposit, I saw there are stroller, charger, and some other items for rent free of charge. And the best part is that there are several USB chargers beside the headboards, there is also washer and dryer in the unit, everything is so convenient. The great thing is,,, We are able to leave our luggage for 5 days while we transfer to Kyoto and Osaka. Oh I almost forgot to mention: I was upgraded to a bigger room. That being said, we cancelled our return hotel reservation and booked with Koko hotel residence for another 2 more nights. The only negative I have (in my opinion) is the pillow, I wish it have 2 pillows for each bed, a choice between fluffy and a dense pillow. I would greatly recommend Koko Hotel Residence to family and friends.

1_Friendly and helpful staffs. Responsive for the inquiries before arrival. I really appreciate their coordination for luggage delivery to Sendai. 2_Spacious room and fully equipped Enough equipments for hanging washed clothes, e.g. hangers, hanging bar inside bathroom. Teabags (which was not provided free of charge in another chain aparthotel) can be picked in the self service amenities corner. 3_Close to Metro station Tawaramachi, less than 3mins walk from the elevator exit.

We had a fantastic stay at Koko Hotel Residence Asakusa! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from popular attractions like Senso-ji Temple and surrounded by several 7-11, Lawson, and Family Mart stores. Unlike in western nations, these convenience stores are impressively well stocked – perfect for grabbing a full meal when you don't feel like venturing far. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, with everything well maintained, and the amenities provided made our stay even more comfortable. There's a station downstairs stocked with essentials like coffee, toothbrushes, and more, which was super handy. We travelled as a family with young children, and the hotel was perfect for us, but I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay in Tokyo.
