今回は私のお気に入りホテルVilla Fontainにアメリカからの御客様14名宿泊させました。御客様方はホテルの綺麗さとVilla Fontainの従業員の接客に「このホテルは素晴らしい」と皆おっしゃっていました。私は何度も温泉初体験の御客様に「コノHotelの温泉は清潔で綺麗なので入るべき！」と言たのですが、約8名の方が興味深く感じたようで温泉の入り方を説明した上で入浴し、とても素敵な経験に感動したとおっしゃっていました。 私も入浴したのですが、数年前と比べ中国人や韓国人が増えた分歯を磨いた置きっぱなしの歯ブラシが湯船に置きっぱなしになったり、使いぱなしのタオルが湯船の近くに置いてあるのが不潔で不快でした。髪の毛が長い人は髪を結ぶ事もしない方が沢山いて、長い髪を湯船につからせて浮いた状態の親子までもいました。長い髪が何本も湯船に浮いて汚かったので、髪の毛の長い方は結ぶように指示するべきと感じます。清潔で素晴らしい温泉を維持するのは非常に困難だとは思いますが、今後もこちらのホテルに大切な御客様を連れて来たいので、是非頑張って下さい🙇‍♀️宜しくお願い致します。

As we have an early flight back home, we decided to check into this hotel the night before. The concierge is available 24 hours so you may check out anytime you like. There were lots of complimentary drinks in the fridge. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Many restaurants to choose from at haneda airport as well as haneda airport garden. There were souvenir shops for last minute shopping too.
