This was ok for one night. Not exactly close to the metro…about 10 min walk with luggage and humidity makes it challenging. The area around it doesn’t have much to do. The hotel itself is ok. Bed was comfortably hard. I’d stay again but only for one night

Positives: Room was clean and well presented Staff were friendly and helpful Close to train, underground and bus stations Lots of free amenities in the lobby Free 2 hour drink reception 5-7pm We also found good restaurants nearby Hotel is eco friendly and has various options for room cleaning Comments: It would have been nice to have a cold filtered water dispenser in the lobby/hotel floors We didn’t try out the breakfast available Negatives: Laundry - 3 machines and they are washer/dryers so our clothes took a while to dry and there was a queue As with all hotels in Tokyo we looked at there was very little storage space for our clothes and luggage since we were there a week

A very humble and respectful staff was the one thing I appreciate the most during my stay. They were a big help in some situations and were considerate. Rooms were clean and very upscale for the price compared to other hotels in the area.
